Many people want to know about their past lives and what experiences they have brought with them into this life time. All of us will have some karmic influences from our time before, even if the person was an angel, star person or wise one.
Dreams may bring up old experiences from childhood or from a time in a past life. The mind is very powerful and can be influenced by the persons health, emotions, friends, family and their surroundings. In many cases dreams and meditation regression sessions are simular and both can have a positive cleansing effect for the person.
I do not recommend anyone to have a regression session if they are not in a positive state of mind. This is because regression can bring to the surface emotions that have been long buried to prevent the person feeling guilty or having remorse for something they have done.
Regression therapy is a meditation process that uses a person’s life experiences as source material to resolve current problems. Regressing someone back to his or her childhood or a past-life is fairly common to most people it’s just they do not realise they are doing it. Many people talk about something they did when they were a child as if it was happening now. In a therapeutic setting, a therapist will help a client regress and to make the unconscious conscious. By using different therapeutic techniques such as meditation and relaxation exercises, a client can be regressed into a past memory that may be influencing his or her present life in a negative way now.
In my experience regression therapy is very good at helping clients who are stuck in a rut, unable to change, keep repeating the same life mistakes and who are invariable stubborn. Depending on the clients and how spiritual they are will determine how deep they will go into regression. Though to be fair most none spiritual people would more than likely be nervous and not want to have it done. Everyone has some issues which cannot be explained, which they have not learnt from their parents or childhood, but they still have a fear or impulse to do something in a strange way. Some of these characteristics and fears can have a rational explanation whereas others can’t. Maybe you are like me and do not like tight polo necks because in a previous life I was hanged or not liking water splashed on your face as you were drowned.
Dreams. In our dreams, we can go anywhere, we can be anybody, and we can do anything. When we dream, our mind takes us on journeys where we are, unable to control our actions and choose our surroundings. Sometimes, dreams can be understood in what has happened to us recently and we can rationalise that it is our ‘hidden’ thoughts. Dreaming is our way of serving us as an outlet for our thoughts and situations we had during the day. When we go to sleep at night and dream we can feel a different person and behave in a manner that we do not allow ourselves to in our waking life.
Remembering dreams can be quite difficult because when we dream we are allowing our female side of the brain to function, our instinct and intuitive sub-conscious mind. As soon as we awaken our male side of the brain, our conscious mind, which are our logical and analytical thoughts starts to think. As soon as we engage our logical mind we are questioning everything we see, feel and hear, so we push our subconscious mind out of the way. Within our sub-conscious mind is stored our dream memories, which invariable are soon forgotten.
Spiritual people even though use their intuitive mind more are less likely to remember all their dreams because we have so many in one night. All my life I have never had a fall night’s sleep without waking up, I have many dream journeys in one night so are rarely able to remember them all. Whereas a closed person may be able to sleep all the way through and have one continuous dream, so they are able to recall what happened.
Our state of mind. Holding on to our thoughts and being stubborn will have a damaging effect on our mind feeling negative, so when we dream the dreams could be influenced to be sad. Many dreams are just pictures and images rather than someone talking, so how we interpret them is important.
Client Regression therapy sessionI I find it more comfortable for the client to lie on a therapy couch so they are able to go into a deep meditation. I use crystals to help the client relax and go into deep meditation. I sit on a stool and talk to the client throughout the session. I also write down notes which the client can keep as their personal record of their regression experience. Please be advised I will not do regression for anyone who is feeling depressed or has low energy. If this is the case then I would suggest a healing session first to remove as much negative energy prior to a regression session. The regression therpay usually lasts an hour and the fee is £40 per session.
